Tracking may not be available to all locations. If you aren't eligible to receive tracking; an e-mail will be sent to you before shipping, giving you the option to cancel your order or add tracking at an additional cost (if service is possible).

Usually takes between 1-2 weeks for products to ship. No returns excepted, but a reshipment will be available for damaged goods.
